2003- Became board certified with American Board of Veterinary Practitioners, specialty in avian practice

Two children
Pets: two cockatoos, three macaw, one parrotlet, three budgies, four red rump parakeets, two linneolated parakeets, two dogs, two peacocks,  numerous chickens, and Soay sheep.
Interests: played bagpipes since 1995, both in bands, and solo
